The Climer Deliberate Creative Team Scale
The Climer Deliberate Creative™ Team Scale provides insights on the behaviors within a team that affect team creativity. The team’s behaviors may either support and foster creativity or discourage and sabotage it. When a team identifies and understands their behaviors it gives them an opportunity to make changes to optimize their performance.
After purchase you will receive an email confirming your purchase and another one within 48 hours with the link for your team explaining how to use the scale.
Once your team has completed the scale you will receive a detailed, full-color report with your team results. All purchases include online video call between the team’s facilitator/leader and Dr. Amy Climer. Amy will help you understand your results and explain how to share the results with your team.
