Activities and Tools

Shared Google Doc – this is the document we used in the webinar to generate 40 ideas in 2-3 minutes. Google Drive tools are great for collaborative work.

Jamboard by Google – Free, simple Post-it Note tool. Here’s the Word Circle Jamboard we used.

Book: The 25-Minute Meeting by Donna McGeorge

Word Circles – Many more word circles and other activities from Chris Cavert

Flippity.net with quizzes, game shows, randomizers, flash cards, etc. The possibilities are endless!

Mural.co – robust collaboration tool that can be used like a large white board in a classroom. It does take some effort and time to learn to use this well. It’s not the type of tool you’ll just spend 20 minutes before a meeting figuring out. We will touch on this in Level 2 of the Leading Engaging Virtual Meetings course.

Free Bingo Cards – I haven’t used these yet, but they look fun!
