Challenge: The Executive Leadership Team wanted to examine their interactions with each other and their own blind spots in order to improve their team’s effectiveness. They were looking for video analysis of their meetings.
Solution: Designed a one-hour training on the Seven Norms of Collaboration for the Executive Leadership Team. This led to meaningful conversations amongst the team about their styles and what they can improve. This was followed by an hour of video taping their regular executive leadership meeting. Future sessions will include reviewing selected video clips of the previous meeting with an opportunity to analyze and learn about behaviors and interactions. Optional one-on-one coaching is available for team members wanting to go more in-depth on their own behaviors.
Results: Program is still in progress. Initial reception has been very positive.
