The Executive Leadership Team wanted to examine their interactions with each other and their own blind spots in order to improve their team’s effectiveness. They were looking for video analysis of their meetings as well as some collaboration training.
Designed a one-hour training on the Seven Norms of Collaboration for the Executive Leadership Team. This led to meaningful conversations amongst the team about their styles and what they can improve. This was followed by two sessions of video taping their regular Executive Leadership Team meetings. At the beginning of each meeting selected video clips of the previous meeting were shared and provided an opportunity for the team to learn about their behaviors and interactions. Optional one-on-one coaching was available for team members wanting to go more in-depth on their own behaviors.
The team learned of some small, but significant behaviors they can change to improve their team. Amy was invited to do additional coaching with one executive.
