Creativity: Creativity is a skill that can be taught, learned, and developed. Research shows that creativity can increase with training. Additionally, physical and emotional environmental factors impact creativity. There are various factors that need to be present for creativity to flourish. Amy Climer designs custom workshops teaching groups how to be more creative, how to increase factors that enhance creativity, and avoid creative blocks. Workshops also address how to create an environment more conducive to creativity. As an artist she understands the value of creativity and knows it can play a large role in productivity, energy, and relationships. She also provides one-on-one creativity coaching for a more focused approach for individuals wanting to address creativity in their professional and personal life.

Leadership Program Consulting: Leadership development is gaining more importance as the need for strong, effective leaders increases. Employers no longer just look at grades when hiring new staff or even interns. They look at engagement and involvement and want to see how the candidate has developed their leadership skills. Experiential and Outdoor Education Consulting: Amy Climer has a Master's degree in Outdoor Education from the University of New Hampshire. She has worked around the U.S. with several outdoor and experiential education organizations and has a strong understanding of the unique elements that must come together in an outdoor education program. She can help with program design, leadership program development, and risk management issues for your program.
