(Saturday morning) Rubber Chickens, Hula Hoops, and Mouse Traps – Teambuilding with Success (Saturday afternoon) Recent Events & TestimonialsThe Intersection of Creativity, Risk, and Trust Description: Creativity seems like it should be so simple, but it is often a challenge to bring creative ideas and projects into the workplace. In part, this challenge may be due to the unique interaction between creativity, risk taking, and trust. We must take a risk by sharing our creative ideas and we are more likely to do this with people we trust. Additionally, it also requires trust and risk-taking to say “yes” to other people’s creative ideas. Understanding how these concepts relate can help you be more creative at work and bring out creativity in others. We’ll explore these concepts through interactive activities, group dialogue, and storytelling. "It was rejuvinating!
